Brief BaZi Analysis
Most BaZi practitioners and students alike, miss the very important point in the study of BaZi Astrology is that they straight away jump into analysis of why he became rich and then became a bankrupt and jailed.
In the study of BaZi, as I have always been telling students is, look at the Natal Chart because it is from here we can find out if this person’s richness is for real or fake. Real in the sense that the wealth can last for years and passed down to next generations while fake is a momentary wealth but last no more than 2 decades.
And to know if it’s real of fake wealth, one must be good in understanding the concept of Useful God or Yong Shen.
Interestingly, Sam was born in the month of wealth so most masters will conclude that he is rich…that this is a rich man’s chart to the point even an organization like Temasek would invest hundreds of millions of Singaporean money into it.
But, we can’t oversimplify Bazi destiny reading by saying so. We have to take into consideration the entire chart’s formation. some other important points are for example the clash, the existence of the two Ren 壬 Water as well as the Xin 辛 in the hour pillar.
Geng 庚 day master sits on the Dragon is another sign of fake wealth.
All these elements are the reason this person’s wealth is unlikely to be a true wealth.
Rise To “Wealth”
Sam got really rich in the year of 2018 of the Earth Dog 戊戌 when the major luck pillar was Yi Si 乙巳 or Wood Snake.
乙巳 luck was favorable to him because it signifies money luck coming to the Day Master. The Snake-Monkey combination releases the wealth for the Day Master.

Imprisonment
Come 2024 in the year of Wood Dragon 甲辰, after 2 years of trial, he was finally sentenced to jail in Jia Chen 甲辰 year. Jia Chen can be read as the image of prison for this BaZi. Why? Its Nature’s Way Bazi.
Furthermore due to the Monkey-Tiger 申-寅 clash.
Dragon 辰 also carries water within since it is the tomb of water and he was sentenced in the month of Ding Mao 丁卯 where the wood element becomes vibrant. It is this vibrancy of the Wood element that he lost his case and was sentenced to jail with a hefty fine.
Summing Thing Up
When reading any BaZi chart, we should carefully examine the Natal chart and find the Useful and Annoying God. Once you have this step done, the rest will be much easier. Then only BaZi reading result can be more precise.
