They both have 2 pillars in similar that is Year and Month. However, they are born in different countries, one in Ireland while Gwen was born in USA.
Could it be that only the 2 pillars (Month and Year) makes them excel in their career or just an over generalization? Yes this is just an over generalization just like Zodiac reading.
The obvious difference is that they are of different Day Stem, Catherine is Gui 癸 water while Gwen is Xin 辛 metal. This it self is a big difference when it comes to Bazi Chart reading. This is because the Day stem 天干 is the master reference point for the entire Bazi Chart.

Yi is the Wealth element thus making money opportunities are there for her.
Now you noticed that Gwen too had Stamp 印 in her chart but in the element of Earth compared to Catherine’s Stamp of Metal element.
Look at her Luck cycle from age 30,40 and 50’s, what do they have in common?
Gwen did not have a clash in the marriage palace but yet she had a divorce! She actually married twice. Oh isn’t his funny? The chart that had the clash reconciled while the one that did not have a clash separated!.
