How Destiny Affects Wealth: Insights from BaZi Consultation

Some years back, a client recommended someone to me for a BaZi reading.

Then when I plotted the BaZi chart, I was like “wow” this is a good chart, a rich person’s chart!.

Then on the day of consultation, she came and when I revealed to her BaZi chart and reading to her, she told me “no, I don’t have money!” and she said this a couple of times over the consultation.

I was thinking, I can’t be that wrong but if she is not co-operating, might as well we end this consultation. It is meaningless because I am not able to help her further in this way.

Bazi natal chart is very important to anyone simply because it defines the Level you will be in life. By Level here, I mean it can be your fame, wealth, children’s success, marriage or even overall happiness and recognition.

Sir Bradley Wiggins was born on 28 April 1980 around 15:20 hour.

Question to all, including BaZi consultants, that is when reading this chart, why did he bankrupt during this luck of Yi You 乙酉 and not last luck of Jia Shen 甲申 ? Do note both Jia 甲 and Yi 乙 are also his Wealth luck!

Distorted Nature’s Way

Recently a student shared with me about some postings on forums and asked me if this is Nature’s Way of BaZi.

On a quick look, it seems so because it talks about how the Nature behaves but on closer examination, this is not consistent with our way of teaching.

History Of BaZi

Bazi has come a long way as early as 2003 when it was heavily promoted by a young chap. Back then it was the Strong Weak Day Master system. This system was very popular in Taiwan and Hong Kong back even before Bazi was popular here in Malaysia. It is also popularly known as Zi Ping system of Bazi.

Then some years passed by, this system seems to loss its favour among Bazi enthusiast and even some practitioners here. Along the same time, due to competition among Astrologers, the Blind-man sect came into the limelight here especially in Malaysia and Singapore. Blind-man was also very famous in Hong Kong back in the 70’s and 80’s.

I still remember they were heavily promoted in this famous forum called fivearts.net. If you know this place then you must followed the metaphysics world for quite a while. Then there were this Imperial Bazi school in Kuala Lumpur, it didn’t get famous but they claimed their knowledge came from the imperial astrologers. I still remember one of their clients came to see me when one of their key master “retired” out of the industry.

I am often being asked on the topic of Wealth and Career. Are they the same subject?

From my years doing consulting, I can say no although to most people they are closely linked. Let’s define what is meant by Career in Bazi.

Career

Career is basically our work or what we do for a living. We may be a businessman, a CEO, a manager, doctor, engineer, lawyer, politician, police officer, banker, scammer, pimp, dancer, singer, teacher and so on. Thus in Bazi this can be anything ranging from Parallel 比劫, Output 食傷, Wealth 财, Officer 官 or Stamp 印.

From this earnings we create our wealth correct? Yes this sounds very logical.

Wealth

On the other hand, wealth is usually tied to money, gold, shares ownership or assets. It also mean the ability to accumulate wealth or retain wealth. In Bazi, technically it is known as Cai God or Wealth God. Yes literally wealth god 财神.

The wealth can be further defined as Zheng Cai 正财or Proper Wealth and Pian Cai 偏财 or Alternative Wealth. It basically tells us the way we gather wealth. However the definition is very wide and not limited to legal or illegal money or earnings.

In the old days, things were simple and easy to define. Nowadays due to stress and lifestyle desires some people take up 2 jobs or perhaps a job with one side gig like share investing, bitcoin, a part time professional gambler, gym instructor, painter etc.

I remember a client who eventually became my student, once showed me the Bazi and ask me or rather you can say test me, how do you see my wealth?

Understanding Your Wealth Element, The Nature Way

Not all people are born with the capacity to amass wealth.  Some are born rich, some have good career, therefore has the capacity to generate wealth.  There are some who worked so hard and yet they are not rich.  Why is it so?  The answer lies in your Bazi chart.

In Bazi chart, the wealth element is the element that the Day Master controls. However, not all Day Masters know how to control their wealth element.  The Wealth element represents many components such as our skill, our career, job opportunities, our assets, ability to manage and accumulate wealth, and so on. Having said that, it doesn’t mean that if you have no wealth star, you will not be rich.  If fact, there are many people out there who do not have any wealth element in their chart but they are very successful person.  I will share this another time under the topic “Wealth Star vs No Wealth Star”.

Today, we will try to understand the Wealth element, the nature way, and how it interacts with the Day Master.  We will compare two Yi Female Day Masters, both with strong wealth elements.

Sir Richard Branson also known as the rebel billionaire is founder of Virgin group. His success is remarkable for a person with dyslexia.

Couple of facts about him, he started building his business with the magazine “The Student” while attending college. Later he manage to buy and grow a record company and the rest was history. Today this company is known as Virgin Records. Up to his early adulthood it was tough and full of obstacles.

Here is Sir Richard’s BaZi Chart:

Although public information says he was born 7am sharp (辰 hour), I doubt this aRichard Branson Baziccuracy. Thus I would think he must have born a little earlier back in the 卯 Mao hour.

He is Strong Day Master born in the end of Summer. In his chart he has very strong wealth. If he is a weak day master, he would not have been able to amass such amount of wealth.

What is it in his chart that says he will be a Billionaire? Is it really the number of wealth element?

Richard has Dyslexia since very young age. Dyslexia is also known as a reading disorder, is characterized by trouble with reading despite normal intelligence. This is because they have difficulty processing and remembering information they see and hear.
